These workshops are run in a ‘drop-in-drop-out’ style with the various participants providing their input to the experience map.

The duration of the workshop depends on the size and complexity of the HR processes we are mapping. Workshops are generally half a day to a full day in duration.

During the workshop, we co-create an end-to-end map of the process which surfaces the core layers. The top layers paint the picture by capturing the sequential steps, people involved, points of interaction, technology used, rules or regulations, and additional facts or observations. The bottom layers help to identify actionable insights with critical moments that are sources of pain, frustration or an experience breakdown, the opportunities or ideas to improve and fix the process, and any questions that need answering.
