Validating our research with our Jemini customers


We love to validate with customers to ensure Jemini is built from the ground up with the user in mind. We haven’t just guessed what issues our users might have. We have actively travelled to their workplaces, to watch the way they work, witnessing their frustrations first hand.

Throughout 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 we have been working with users across Australia and New Zealand to get their insights.

Our UX (user experience) program helps us refine our functionality and designs, before any customer gets to use them.
